Three year warranty on all items

Tonfan guarantees, independent from the implied warranty, a 3 year warranty subject to the following conditions:
(1) Tonfan offers a warranty for defects which arise during the warranty period and which can be traced back to an error in the material or manufacturing.
(2) Excluded are defects that can be traced back to a mechanical impact, such as the item being dropped or banged against something.  
(3) Excluded are defects that result from regular use or normal wear and tear of the item.
(4) Excluded are defects that result from insufficient maintenance or care of the item.
(5) Excluded are defects that result from not following correct instructions or overstressing the item.
(6) Excluded are defects that result from the use of non-original accessories or non-original spare parts.
(7) Excluded are tears in the varnish, which regularly occur in older Gibson or Fender guitars.
(8) Excluded are also items which have been adjusted or had additions made to them.
(9) Also excluded are items with minor irregularities in the standard proportions which are insignificant to the usage and value of the item.
(10) Excluded are items on which the Customer has attempted repairs himself.
(11) The Customer must submit a warranty claim within the warranty period and send the items with the original invoice to Tonfan as per agreement.
(12) Recognised deficiencies under the warranty will be repaired free-of-charge or replaced by Tonfan. Replaced parts and items become the property of Tonfan. Tonfan will take the depreciation in value, for example, through signs of use into consideration.
(13) Additional claims other than for repairing defects, are not covered by the additional warranty supplied by Tonfan.
(14)Should a claim be made during the warranty period, the warranty limit will neither be extended nor will it commence anew.
(15) The additional 3 year warrant is only valid for Customers who are consumers according to §13 of the German Civil Code. 
(16) Excluded from the additional 3 year warranty are used guitars and instruments which are sold on behalf of a Customer.  Legal regulations apply for the purchase of used instruments.
