Audix OMX-M Microphone
The OMX-M was developed by AUDIX in the USA, is manufactured there, and is specifically designed for singers who use medium to close microphone techniques (referring to the distance to the mouth). Volume and tonal consistency within this standard working distance, combined with a tailored midrange presence for improved vocal intelligibility, deliver excellent results.
All OMX microphones feature a specially tuned and optimized dynamic capsule that utilizes the legendary and exclusive AUDIX VLM™ diaphragm (Very Low Mass) for natural sound and exceptional transient response.
Additional design features of the Audix OMX include a precision die-cast zinc housing with durable black e-coating and a newly designed, shock-resistant microphone grille. A uniquely colored, anodized aluminum ring between the housing and microphone grille allows for quick and easy identification of the three available models in the OMX series:
- Green: OMX-E (extended)
- Brown/Gold: OMX-M (mid-tight)
- Silver: OMX-T (tight)
