Im Gegensatz zur Standard Version der Starplayer hat die DLX noch ein zweites F-Loch, was sie noch edler erscheinen lässt, wofür auch das schwebende, transparente Pickguard sorgt. Am Hals kommt hier der besonders transparent klingende D-Tron Humbucker zum Einsatz, kombiniert mit dem üblichen Grand Vintage HB am Steg sind sie ein perfekt abgestimmtes Team.
